Access to and use of the content
In general, access to the website will be free. However, the provider may make access to certain areas of the website and the use of some of its services subject to the prior completion of the relevant user registration form.
Once the registration process has been successfully completed, the provider will add the user to its database of registered users.
The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided to the service provider and is responsible for keeping it fully up to date for the duration of their status as a user. In any event, the user shall be solely liable for any false or inaccurate statements they make and for any damage caused to the service provider or third parties as a result of the information they provide.
The provider reserves the right to refuse registration on the website. Such a refusal shall not give rise to any right to compensation.
